Here we are in early November. Daylight savings time shifted us back an hour this past weekend. The days grow shorter, temperatures cooler and we come into the darker cycle of our solar year. A good way to keep ourselves warm, healthy and our mind and spirits uplifted is to diffuse essential oils. Uplifted spirits also help strengthen the body.The evergreen oils are a good choice since they tend to be calming to the nervous system.
